Marina Grande

Marina Grande is the port area, which is a convenient location for going to the beach and leaving for boat trips around the island or towards the Amalfi Coast. Some luxury villas in Marina Grande have direct access to the water. However, to reach the Piazzetta—the hub of the island’s social scene—from the port, you have to take a taxi or the funicular.

Capri Town

The villas located in the center of Capri are, without a doubt, the most prestigious. One of the most sought-after locations is Via Tragara, just steps from the island’s best shopping on Via Camerelle and at the same time tucked away in a panoramic and tranquil lane. Many villas, on the other hand, are located in the upper area along the road that leads to Villa Jovis, the remains of one of the Emperor Tiberius’s retreats. This area is very scenic; however, there’s an uphill walk to get back to the villa after an evening in the Piazzetta, and the walk is a must since taxis aren’t an option here.

Anacapri

Anacapri is an excellent option for those who want lots of peace and quiet. There is a more relaxed and laid-back atmosphere compared to that of the town center. It's also a great option for those who enjoy getting out in nature and taking hikes or walks along mountain trails. Another advantage of renting a villa in Anacapri is that in most cases you can get there directly by car or taxi, which isn’t possible in the center of Capri.
