  2. No reservations required
  3. Non-stop departures

When visiting the island of Capri in Italy, one experience not to be missed is a trip around the island by sea, during which you can discover all of its most beautiful and picturesque marine sights, including the majestic Faraglioni rock formations and the hauntingly mysterious Blue Grotto.

Upon disembarking at Marina Grande, head to Pier 23 and hop aboard one of Laser Capri's boats to immediately begin exploring the island by sea. With Laser Capri there are non-stop departures all day every half hour.

The stops along the trip of the island by sea include all the most breathtaking along Capri's coastline: from Marina Grande, the trip continues to the Grotta Bianca sea cave and the Arco Naturale stone arch, passes the Faraglioni rock formations, and rounds the Punta Carena lighthouse, with a stop at the Blue Grotto.

Avoid this operator

Be careful. They like to scam and sell you ticket one way to Capri even though they know that no return even other companies are available. But they sell you the ticket and tell you to check with other operators. Later once you figure no return available then they are unwilling to change yours to next day. Don't book. You'll waste your money and time.

COMPLETE SCAM and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS

The Blue Grotto tour is a complete scam - you do not go into the Blue Grotto, you sail straight past it… More seriously though, is the complete disregard for human life these cretins have. As you will see from the attached photos, the wind speed was 25mph with gusts of up to 34mph. We were not aware of quite how choppy it was when boarding the small boat, but it soon became very clear. A quick Google will tell you that small boats should not be sailing in such bad weather, but these twisted fools only care about money. My wife and I genuinely thought we were going to die (on our honeymoon). The boat was jumping all over the place with the waves crashing all around - how on Earth are you supposed to enjoy a boat tour when you’re being thrown all over the show and on the verge of vomiting? Before returning to the port, we were forced to talk to some rocks for “good luck”. Oh please… As soon as we made it back to the port, after checking that we were still indeed both alive, we went back to the ticket office to demand a full refund. Of course, the nasty piece who sold us the tickets refused. I’m now looking to be reimbursed by my credit card provider, and hope that these slimy gits go out of business before they have blood on their hands…

Feared for my life

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during our visit to Capri, which of course is out of anyone’s control. The salesman behind the counter said that they wouldn’t do the full tour around the island due to the bad weather, which we understood and felt reassured that it was still safe to do the reduced tour. Well, all I can say is I’ve never been so scared for my life. The waves were crashing against the boat so much that my husband and I were convinced that it was going to capsize. I was sick with fear and from the motion the whole way. Upon review, there was a severe wind warning issued that day, with 25mph winds and gusts up to 34mph. Small boats like the ones used for these tours should not be sailing in those conditions! We went back to the ticket office to request a refund, but the same salesman who sold us the tickets just gaslit us and made us out to be overreacting and said it was 100% safe… these people have no regard for safety, please do not book an island tour with this company!
