Stay here when visiting Capri

Exquisite stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel. We usually stay at Four Seasons and have high expectations when traveling. The JK was a superb hotel- I felt like our needs were filled before we even knew we had them, things like picking us up were swift, ferry tickets and baggage tickets procured- they know how to take care of people. In the midst of what can sometimes feel like a frenzied pace in Capri- with lots of people around, JK was a welcome respite and a calm oasis. We were grateful to hear the waves lapping at the beach below as we awoke and fell asleep. One of my favorite hotels anywhere.

Lovely hotel, amazing location and very efficient staff AND they were warm and friendly. Property is stunning too, as are the views and every inch of the rooms and buildings. Loved the decor but mostly the friendly, smiling and kind staff. We will be back.

Awesome meal at J K Palace with my parents

Hi I visited J K Palace for a meal with my senior citizen parents I had a wonderful hospitality and a special Risotto prepared especially by chef as try wanted to have rice The staff made us very comfortable My kudos to Gaetano, Sara and Roberto for their special efforts during our visit I would surely return Cheers Viekas

Terrible Room and Lack of Managment Attention

We are returning guests and were erroneously booked into a "Classic Room," which was not what we expected and looked nothing like the photos on the website and was not as described, including the view, which is of a rundown building under construction. The GM was never available to meet with us to discuss the situation. It's easy to provide great service when everything is going well, but when things don't go as planned, a truly extraordinary hotel steps up and makes a guest feel important and heard, even if they can't meet their expectations. JKPlace Capri fell far short of providing great service or demonstrating any degree of caring. It's a shame, we have such fond memories of the hotel but our most recent experience was so bad we won't be back. We love the other J.K. Place properties, just not this one.
