A View that Will Take Your Breath Away

Capri Rooftop is located on a rooftop terrace directly overlooking Capri's famous Faraglioni opposite the Marina Piccola Bay. A unique location that will take your breath away as soon as you walk through the door. The entrance is adjacent to the Gardens of Augustus, just a five-minute walk from the Piazzetta.

Any Time, Day or Night

Capri Rooftop is open from 9 in the morning until late into the night, and is the perfect spot for a cappuccino in the morning, a break for a cool juice and snack while exploring the town in the afternoon, a romantic sundowner in the evening, or an excellent nightcap against the backdrop of the twinkling lights on the bay. At Capri Rooftop, you can select from our snack and light dishes menu, or try a tapas finger food plate with your cocktail.

Among our favorite signature cocktails, the Luna Caprese with vodka, limoncello, a mix of citrus, and soda water is a favorite.

A Magical Terrace for Your Celebration

The large terrace at Capri Rooftop can be reserved in its entirety or in part for private events and wedding receptions. A unique location on Capri that blends the beauty of the view with the ease of access (just five minutes from the Piazzetta, an easy walk).

A spectacular view, good food and abysmal service. The servers are far more interested in visiting with each other than doing their jobs. This is definitely a place I would recommend to have lunch or a drink. Just be prepared to be very frustrated with the service .

The worst service I had in all of Europe

The host sauntered over disdainfully and did not ask if we wanted to sit in sun or shade, despite asking everyone else seated after us. The waiter took my partner's order and seemed shocked that I wanted something, as well. We weren't dressed much differently than other people and were as polite as we always are. I'm not sure what we did to offend them, but I'm happy to let you know they offended us. Two stars because the view is stunning and the gin and tonic was tasty.

We visited after reading a recommendation on a travel blog. It has to be said, the view from the terrace is spectacular. Unfortunately that's where the good news ends. We were given a single food menu between the two of us, and a cocktail menu. The prices are nuts. €12 for soft drinks, €15 for an ice cream dessert. I wish I could tell you about the food but after 20 minutes no waiter had been to our table. We didn't even have a glass of water. The waiters ran around like headless chickens and had more attention for young girls around us. We left. We took pictures of almost the same view from the botanical garden next door and went to another restaurant. This was an off-season Monday. I can't imagine what this place would be like on a hot, busy day... Avoid.
